Raj Fishmeal and Oil Company has well equipped facilities required for quick and clean production, storage and dispatch of its products, along with all safety and environmental requirements taken care of.
RAW MATERIAL RECEIVING DOCK/ RECEIVING AREA
Large automated fish receiving dock for quick and easy unloading of raw material. The conveyor belts then directly takes the raw material to production plants pre-processing section. For tracing purpose each incoming raw material vehicle will have weigh-bridge slip number as well as unloading slip number with time of unloading recorded.
COOKING / BLANCHING / HEAT PROCESSING SECTION
The processed fish which were already segregated in the receiving area will reach the corresponding cooker. The processed fish mixture is cooked first to vanish microbes and then blanched and finally dried in Dryer. The final output will be Fishmeal ready for packing.
PROCESSING SECTION
The paste like processed fish is then further squeezed to become fine mixture. Simultaneously suitable chemicals are added. This final processed mixture is then taken to Drier section.
PACKING SECTION
The output Fishmeal of all production plants is then Packed in HDPE bags. The batch number is assigned to the output Fishmeal for identification, each production plant out has a unique numbering series. The sample of each batch is sent for lab for inspection.
STORAGE SECTION
The warehouse holds all ready to dispatch Fishmeal in HDPE bags stacked on Metal pallets. Based on the instructions from marketing and QC departments the specific batch numbers are loaded to the container for dispatch.
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT AND DRAINAGE
We have highly interconnected and centralised drainage system that takes all the chemical waste ETP (Effluent treatment plant )
PACKING MATERIAL AND CHEMICAL STORE
We have separate section to store all the consumables related to production. Each incoming materials are properly stacked and storage area is identified. Chemicals are stored in safe storages with proper tracking of expiration.
WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM
The water used for production is purified in water purification system.
CHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY
We have modern technology equipped Chemical and microbiological laboratory. Each batch of fishmeal, fish oil and fish soluble paste is inspected thoroughly after the production as well as before dispatch to ensure high quality of products.
