Coronet Fishmeal and Oil Company Malpe was inaugurated on 26-12-1967 by the then Chief Minister of Karnataka, Late S Nijalingappa. It was renamed as Raj Fishmeal and Oil Company in 1987 and now Managed by Mr. Pramod Madhwaraj as Managing Partner, Mrs. Supriya Pramodraj and Ms. Prathyaksha Pramodraj as Partners.

Recently Raj Fishmeal and Oil Company Unit II was constructed during the year 2014 with a view of supplying material mainly to European countries and advanced certification like GMP+, IFFO RS for Sustainable Fishery. The Registered office is constructed way back and it is found that most of the requirements related to hygiene and sanitation are difficult to implement there, hence Unit II was constructed by incorporating all the latest requirements.

Our production capacity is 60 tons of Fishmeal and about 20 tons of Fish oil per day. We also have a well equipped newly constructed Chemical and Microbiological Laboratories. A huge premise covering about an acre land for the main operation of Fishmeal, Storage of Fishmeal and Fish oil separately, Electricians Room, Spares cum Stores, Vehicle washing Facility, Chill Room, Flake Ice Machine, Office, Laboratory, Canteen and other facilities.
